This recipe is perfect as a quick breakfast treat or dessert. If you would like it a bit sweeter, add a drizzle of honey!
6 slices of Brioche bread
15 oz. of whole milk ricotta cheese
16 oz. jar of Gourmet Firehouse Salsa’s Mango Habanero Salsa
1-½ tsp. of pure vanilla extract
1. Grill the Brioche bread until golden brown.
2. Mix the ricotta cheese and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
3. Spread the mixture on the cooled Brioche bread.
4. Top with the Mango Habanero Salsa (any heat level).
For this recipe, I used my Mango Habanero Salsa in medium, but you can use my Pineapple or Mandarin Orange Salsas as well.
