Gourmet Firehouse Cranberry Sauce

This delicious sauce can be used for many dishes!

Meatballs
Ham
Poached pears
Chicken in a slow cooker
Wing sauce
Pulled pork
Spring salads
Cheesecake topping
Bagels and cream cheese

 

INGREDIENTS:

12 oz. of fresh cranberries
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of Gourmet Firehouse Mandarin Orange Habanero salsa (any heat level)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Simmer the cranberries on medium for 8–10 minutes until sugar dissolves and
cranberries pop.
2. Turn off the heat and allow to cool.
3. Add 1 cup of Mandarin Orange Habanero salsa in mild, medium, or hot.*

*I used the hot variety of salsa and it wasn’t overwhelming. It had a nice sweet heat.
