
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- Gourmet Firehouse Salsa Pineapple Salsa & Marinade in mild, medium, or hot
- Salt & pepper
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Cut cauliflower 1” thick.
- Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Put on the grill for 2-3 minutes or until desired char.
- Flip cauliflower and coat with salsa.
- Grill 2-3 more minutes and flip again.
- Recoat with salsa.
- Remove from the grill.
