Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower
  • Gourmet Firehouse Salsa Pineapple Salsa & Marinade in mild, medium, or hot
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Cut cauliflower 1” thick.
  2. Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  3. Put on the grill for 2-3 minutes or until desired char.
  4. Flip cauliflower and coat with salsa.
  5. Grill 2-3 more minutes and flip again.
  6. Recoat with salsa.
  7. Remove from the grill.
