Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
Sliced smoked cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of butter
1 jar of our Mango Habanero salsa
Directions:
- Butter one side of a piece of bread.
- Place the bread buttered-side down in the pan.
- Spread 1-2 tablespoons of our Mango Habanero salsa on the slice of bread in the pan.
- Add as many slices of smoked cheddar cheese as you wish on top of the salsa.
- Butter the second piece of bread and place it on top of the cheese, buttered-side up.
- Toast on medium-high heat until the bread is golden. Flip the sandwich and toast the other side.
- Enjoy!
This sandwich pairs well with a bowl of tomato soup, or our chili!
