2 slices of bread
Sliced smoked cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of butter
1 jar of our Mango Habanero salsa



  1. Butter one side of a piece of bread.
  2. Place the bread buttered-side down in the pan.
  3. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of our Mango Habanero salsa on the slice of bread in the pan.
  4. Add as many slices of smoked cheddar cheese as you wish on top of the salsa.
  5. Butter the second piece of bread and place it on top of the cheese, buttered-side up.
  6. Toast on medium-high heat until the bread is golden. Flip the sandwich and toast the other side.
  7. Enjoy!

This sandwich pairs well with a bowl of tomato soup, or our chili!
