The First Batch of Mango Salsa
We made our first batch of mango salsa at the Cleveland Culinary Launch Kitchen. The Gourmet Firehouse found at Cleveland Culinary Launch Kitchen a great organization that helped us turn our fresh ingredients and commitment to quality into delicious fruit salsa to share with everyone. Creating these fruit based salsas in a licensed kitchen in larger batches was a very different experience from making a gallon at a time at home. And very exciting, too!
